Previous KEIRIN racers give you plain explanations about KEIRIN on Saturday, Sunday, and national holidays.
They are off-track betting booth where you can purchase betting tickets without entering the KEIRIN velodrome (open around 9:30 am - 3:00 pm).
There are medium and large-sized video equipment so that you can enjoy dynamic race images on a large screen.
