This is the stand where you can enjoy the whole view of the bank from the side of the Kantomon Gate (the gate used by racers). Special observation seats are payable.

They are off-track betting booth where you can purchase betting tickets without entering the KEIRIN velodrome (open around 9:30 am - 3:00 pm).
